What this covers

You posted a photo or video of your dog with our products, and we asked to share it. This licence sets out what you're agreeing to when you tap "Yes, share it" on the approval page. It only applies to the post shown on that page.

Only accept if you made it

By accepting, you confirm that:

You made the post (you filmed or took it), or you have the right to let us use it.
Everyone who can be identified in it agreed to it being shared. If anyone in it is under 18, their parent or guardian agreed.
It doesn't use anyone else's work without permission. If it has music, we may remove or replace the sound.

If any of that isn't true, please don't accept. Tap "No thanks" instead.

What you let us do

You give Mumbies a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the post:

Where: on mumbies.com, in our emails, on our own social accounts, and in paid ads.
For how long: until you ask us to stop (see "Changing your mind" below).
Editing: we may crop, trim, add subtitles or captions, change or mute the sound, and resize it to fit where it's shown. We won't change what the post says or show it in a misleading way.

You keep ownership of your post. You can keep posting it wherever you like. "Non-exclusive" means you can let others use it too.

Credit

You choose how we credit you on the approval page: your social handle, your first name, or no name. You can change this later by contacting us.

Mumbies Cash

If the request included Mumbies Cash, it's added to your Mumbies account when you accept, as shown on the approval page. It's a thank-you for the licence, not payment for future work. Mumbies Cash follows our usual Mumbies Cash rules. If your account has a balance owed from a refund, the Cash pays that first.

If you're a Mumbies team member, partner or wholesale buyer, no Cash is offered.

Posting about us after this

Once we've paid you for a post, any future posts about Mumbies may be seen as a paid relationship. If you post about Mumbies again hoping to earn Cash, add #ad or a similar clear disclosure.

Changing your mind

You can ask us to stop using your post at any time by contacting support@mumbies.com or using the link in your account. We'll remove it from our site and stop using it in new emails and ads within a reasonable time. Emails already sent and paid ads already running may take a short time to wind down. You keep any Mumbies Cash you've already received.

If you delete your Mumbies account or ask us to delete your data, we treat that as a request to stop using the post and remove your name from it.

Our choice to use it

Accepting lets us use your post, but we don't have to. We may stop using it at any time.

Main

I made these posts, or I have the right to share them. Mumbies may use the ones I chose to share on mumbies.com, on Mumbies' social media accounts and in Mumbies emails, and will credit {handle}. If other people can be clearly seen in them, they have agreed too.

Mumbies may also use them in paid ads.

You can withdraw any time in Account → Your posts. Withdrawing stops new use; emails and posts already sent can't be recalled. This doesn't let Mumbies use your posts to train AI.
