Oakdale, CAWhat they do
Oakdale Shelter Pet Alliance is a nonprofit founded in 2012 to help the homeless pets at the City of Oakdale Animal Shelter, serving Oakdale, Riverbank and Escalon. It isn’t a rescue and doesn’t take in animals. It supports the shelter and the animals in its care. OSPA helps cover adoption fees and veterinary costs, funds improvements to the shelter, and supports rescues with contributions. It also shares a list of low-cost spay and neuter clinics for families who can’t afford to fix their pets. It runs on contributions from the community.
