Olyver & Co
A Milwaukee-area dog rescue giving the dogs other rescues won’t touch a soft spot to land.
Milwaukee, WIWhat they do
Olyver & Co is a Milwaukee-area dog rescue for the dogs most other rescues wouldn’t touch. It relies on foster homes to give each dog rehabilitation and the time it needs to find a family. It isn’t breed-specific, but it works to educate people about bully breeds, which it says are highly misrepresented and stereotyped. The founder’s advocacy began with their soul dog, Olyver, who spent years fighting serious illness. Olyver & Co also runs Operation No More Berts, a spay and neuter program for families who can’t cover the cost.
