OFFICIAL RULES

1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION

This is a sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") in which eligible participants can enter for a chance to win premium pet products.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

2. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by:

Mumbies, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Wisconsin.

The Sweepstakes is administered through Mumbies' partner platform. Mumbies provides the prize and manages all aspects of the Sweepstakes.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Entry Period: The specific start and end dates and times for each Sweepstakes are displayed on the giveaway landing page.

All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period. Mumbies' computer system is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

Late entries will not be accepted. Entries submitted before the start of the Entry Period will be disqualified.

4. ELIGIBILITY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Mumbies, Inc., the promoting Partner organization, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies, and all of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) are NOT eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Limit: One (1) entry per person per email address per Sweepstakes.

5. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

METHOD 1: ONLINE ENTRY (FREE)

1. Visit the giveaway landing page (URL provided by Partner)
2. Complete the entry form with the following required information:
   • Full name
   • Email address
   • Age verification (checkbox confirming 18+)
3. Click "Enter Giveaway"
4. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided

Limit: One (1) online entry per email address per Sweepstakes.

METHOD 2: MAIL-IN ENTRY (FREE - ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY)

To enter by mail, hand-print or type the following information on a 3" x 5" card or piece of paper:

Entry Deadline: Mail-in entries must be POSTMARKED by the Entry Period end date and RECEIVED within seven (7) days of the Entry Period end date.

Limit: One (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. You may submit multiple entries via mail, but each must be in a separate stamped envelope.

Illegible Entries: Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, mutilated, garbled, forged, or mechanically reproduced will be disqualified.

ENTRY CONDITIONS (Both Methods)

By entering, you agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules
• Release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability
• Allow Sponsor to use your entry information for Sweepstakes administration
• Receive marketing communications from Sponsor and the Partner organization (you may opt out at any time)

Proof of Submission Not Proof of Receipt: Proof of sending or submitting an entry is not proof of receipt. Sponsor's computer systems are the official time-keeping devices for this Sweepstakes.

Mass Entry Prohibition: Any use of automated entry devices, programs, bots, scripts, macros, or multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries generated by automated means are void.

Email Requirements: Disposable or temporary email addresses are not permitted. Use a permanent email address to enter.

Fraud Detection: Entries are subject to verification and validation. Sponsor uses fraud detection systems including reCAPTCHA and email validation. Suspicious entries may be held for review or disqualified.

Lost/Late Entries: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due mail/entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

Grand Prize Quantity: One (1) per Sweepstakes

Grand Prize Description: The specific prize bundle for each Sweepstakes is displayed on the giveaway landing page and includes premium natural pet products.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The ARV is displayed on the giveaway landing page. Maximum ARV for any Sweepstakes: $499.99.

Prize Details & Restrictions

Prize Provided By: Mumbies, Inc.

Shipping: Prize will be shipped via standard ground shipping at no cost to winner. Delivery time: 5-7 business days from winner confirmation.

No Substitution by Winner: No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize by winner permitted.

Substitution by Sponsor: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. If a product in the prize bundle is out of stock, Sponsor will provide a digital gift card for the retail value of that product.

Prize Conditions:

• Prize awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied
• Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt
• Winner will receive IRS Form 1099-MISC if prize value equals or exceeds $600.00
• Prize must be accepted as awarded; winner cannot request different products

Unclaimed Prizes: If prize is unclaimed, undeliverable, or winner does not respond within required timeframe, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner Selection

Selection Timing: Winner will be automatically selected within 24 hours after the Entry Period ends.

Selection Method: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected via random automated drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Only entries with verified email addresses are eligible for selection.

Random Drawing Conducted By: Automated Mumbies platform system

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

Notification Method: Potential winner will be notified via email at the address provided in entry.

Notification Email Will Include:

• Congratulations message
• Unique checkout link to claim prize
• Deadline to claim (seventy-two (72) hours from email send time, unless otherwise stated)
• Instructions for claiming prize

Winner Must Respond Within: Seventy-two (72) hours of notification email send time, unless otherwise specified for the specific Sweepstakes.

Required Action: Potential winner must click the unique checkout link and complete the checkout process (entering shipping address and completing order with 100% discount applied) before the deadline expires.

Winner Verification & Disqualification

Before Prize Ships: Sponsor will verify winner's eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Disqualification Occurs If:

• Winner does not complete checkout within the deadline (72 hours unless otherwise stated)
• Winner cannot be contacted via email
• Winner is found ineligible
• Winner violates any term of these Official Rules
• Winner's email is invalid or bounces

Alternate Winner Selection: If potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will automatically select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries. This process may be repeated up to five (5) times until a qualified winner claims the prize.

If All Attempts Fail: If no winner claims the prize after five (5) selection attempts, the prize will not be awarded and the Sweepstakes will be closed.

Final Decision: Sponsor's decisions regarding winner selection, eligibility, and prize award are final and binding.

8. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

By accepting prize (completing checkout), winner grants to Sponsor the right to use winner's:

• Full name (first and last)
• City and state of residence
• Photograph or likeness
• Photograph of winner's pet(s)
• Voice and statements about the prize
• Prize information

...for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered (including social media, website, email, and print), worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Opt-Out Option: If you wish to decline publicity rights, you may email support@mumbies.com within seventy-two (72) hours of claiming your prize. Declining publicity rights will not affect your prize receipt.

Exception: If you are a resident of Tennessee or another state that prohibits mandatory publicity rights as a condition of prize receipt, publicity rights are optional and not required to receive your prize.

Winner Announcement: Winner's first name, last initial, and city/state of residence may be posted on Mumbies' website, social media, and/or the Partner organization's platforms.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Release and Indemnification

By entering, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Mumbies, Inc., the promoting Partner organization, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or in connection with:

• Your participation in the Sweepstakes
• Any prize awarded or receipt/use/misuse of prize
• Any Sweepstakes-related activity
• Your violation of these Official Rules
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Limitations of Liability

Released Parties Are NOT Responsible For:

Technical Failures:

• Lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due mail/entries
• Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties
• Failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions
• Errors in these Official Rules or in Sweepstakes-related advertisements
• Unauthorized human intervention in any part of entry process or Sweepstakes
• Electronic or human error in administration or processing of entries
• Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing, typographical errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes

Force Majeure: If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Sponsor's control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

Prize Conditions: Released Parties are not responsible for:

• Prize delivery delays
• Prize quality or defects (manufacturer's warranty applies if applicable)
• Any injury or damage caused by prize usage
• Taxes or fees associated with prize receipt

Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mumbies, Inc.'s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize (maximum $499.99).

EXCEPTIONS TO LIABILITY CAP: The above limitations DO NOT apply to liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by Sponsor's negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Gross negligence or willful misconduct
• Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. You may have additional rights which vary by jurisdiction.

10. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

By entering, you agree that:

• Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes
• Shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action
• Shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin
• You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue

Class Action Waiver

By entering, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive any right to:

• Bring claims as plaintiff or class member in any class action
• Participate in class arbitration or class action lawsuit
• Bring claims in a representative or consolidated action

Each entrant may only bring claims in an individual capacity.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE

Information Collection

• Name, email address, mailing address
• Age verification
• Entry date and time
• IP address (for fraud prevention)

How We Use Your Information

Sweepstakes Administration:

• Verify eligibility
• Conduct random drawing
• Notify and verify winner

• Comply with tax reporting requirements (if prize ≥ $600)

Marketing Communications: By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from:

• Mumbies, Inc. about pet products and promotions
• The Partner organization about their programs and mission

You Can Opt Out: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect your entry or prize eligibility.

Information Sharing

We Share Your Information With:

• The Partner organization promoting this Sweepstakes (your email address and entry information)
• Third-party service providers (email delivery, shipping carriers, payment processors)
• As required by law (tax authorities, regulatory agencies, court orders)

Partner Access: The Partner organization can download entry information at any time and may use it for their own marketing purposes. The Partner is responsible for complying with applicable email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, etc.) when contacting you.

We Do NOT:

• Sell your information to unrelated third parties
• Share your information for unrelated marketing purposes

Data Retention

We will retain your entry information:

• During the Sweepstakes Period (to administer giveaway)
• After the Sweepstakes concludes (for future communications and compliance)
• Until you request deletion or unsubscribe from all communications

Winner information retained for at least seven (7) years for tax compliance purposes.

Your Rights: You can request to:

• Access your information: support@mumbies.com
• Correct your information: support@mumbies.com
• Delete your information: support@mumbies.com (except winner data retained for tax compliance)
• Opt out of marketing: Click unsubscribe in any email

We will process requests within thirty (30) days.

12. PARTNER SUPPORT & COMPENSATION

The Partner organization promoting this Sweepstakes may receive compensation from Mumbies, Inc. based on purchases made by Sweepstakes participants.

This helps support the Partner's mission and programs at no additional cost to you. Your purchase price is the same whether or not the Partner receives compensation.

13. TAX IMPLICATIONS

IRS Reporting: If prize value equals or exceeds $600.00, winner will receive IRS Form 1099-MISC by January 31 of the year following prize receipt. A copy will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service.

Winner's Tax Responsibility: Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt. Sponsor will not withhold taxes or make any tax payments on winner's behalf.

W-9 Requirement: Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more must complete IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number) before prize shipment. A secure link to complete the W-9 form will be provided during the checkout process.

Disclaimer: Sponsor is not a tax advisor. Winners should consult a qualified tax professional regarding tax implications of prize receipt.

14. FORCE MAJEURE AND CANCELLATION

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Technical failures (website crashes, system errors, network outages)
• Unauthorized intervention (hacking, tampering, fraud)
• Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism)
• Government action (laws, executive orders, regulatory requirements)
• Labor disputes or supply chain disruptions
• Any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes

PRIZE AWARD IN EVENT OF CANCELLATION:

If the Sweepstakes is cancelled after entries have been received, Sponsor will award the prize (or substitute of equal or greater value) to a random entrant from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation, UNLESS:

• Awarding the prize is prohibited by law
• Prize distribution is made impossible by force majeure
• All entries received are fraudulent or invalid

If prize cannot be awarded due to the above exceptions, Sponsor will post notice on the giveaway landing page and send email notification to all entrants. Sponsor shall have no further obligation.

Sponsor's decisions regarding cancellation, modification, and prize award are final and binding.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO OFFICIAL RULES

BEFORE SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS: Sponsor may modify these Official Rules at any time before the Entry Period starts without notice.

DURING SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

Minor Modifications: Sponsor may make minor corrections without notice, including:

• Typographical or grammatical errors
• Clarifications that do not change substantive meaning
• Contact information or URL updates
• Formatting or organizational changes

Material Modifications: Material changes will be posted on the giveaway landing page with a prominent "UPDATED [Date]" notice. An email notification will be sent to all entrants within 24 hours. Material changes become effective 48 hours after posting.

Prohibited Modifications: The following may NOT be modified after the Entry Period begins:

• Prize value (cannot be reduced below advertised ARV)
• Prize description (cannot remove advertised items)
• Eligibility requirements (cannot be narrowed)
• Entry Period end date (cannot be shortened)
• Winner selection method

Entrants who object to material modifications may withdraw their entry by emailing support@mumbies.com within 48 hours of notification.

Legally Required Changes: If modification is required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, Sponsor will comply and notify entrants as soon as reasonably possible.

Version Control: Official Rules version and last updated date displayed at bottom of this document.

Continued participation after modification constitutes acceptance of the modified Official Rules.

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS

SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

WAIVER: Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between entrant and Sponsor concerning the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior communications.

INTERPRETATION: Section headings are for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy between these Official Rules and any other Sweepstakes materials (including advertising, promotional materials, social media posts, or website copy), these Official Rules prevail.

NO ASSIGNMENT: Entrants may not assign or transfer their entry or rights under these Official Rules. Any attempt to do so is void.

SPONSOR'S DECISIONS: All decisions of Sponsor regarding interpretation, eligibility, winner selection, and all other matters are final and binding.

INDEPENDENT PARTIES: Nothing in these Official Rules creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between entrant and Sponsor.

NOTIFICATION: Notice to entrants provided via email to address provided at entry. Entrant is responsible for ensuring email accuracy and checking email regularly (including spam/junk folders).

SURVIVAL: Provisions concerning liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution survive the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

FRAUD WARNING: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
