In 2021, a Milwaukee Wisconsin animal rescue saved a dog after he was abandoned for the second time. This sweet boy was not only severely emaciated, his tail was so badly injured that it required amputation. Throughout all his adversity, he joy was contagious to every person he met. Mumble's journey is a story to serve as a reminder to see the greatest potential in every dog.
