How do I adjust or cancel my subscription?

You're in full control of your subscription, always. Here's how to make changes:

  1. Log in to your account using the email you used at checkout. Select the account icon — on the lefthand side if you're on mobile, top right corner on desktop.
  2. Select My Subscriptions.
  3. From there, you can view your upcoming order, adjust your frequency or products, or cancel altogether — whatever fits you and your pup best right now.

Can I change what's in my subscription box?

Yep! Once you're on the My Subscriptions page, you can swap products in or out to match what your dog's currently loving.

Can I change how often my subscription ships?

Of course — your dog's chewing habits change, and your subscription can too. Just head to My Subscriptions to update your delivery frequency.
